Had my 18 month out (since surgery) Dr. appointment with the Bariatric team today (nutritionist, Nutritionist , bariatric nurse, and psychologist ) and although I am still at 220 lbs since my last visit ( 6 months ago) the good news is I have lost 9% of my body fat and gained the weight back in the form of Muscle taking me from average to good . Looking and feeling good and in excellent health.
