Had my first ever full-blown panic/anxiety attack in the Walmart - TopicsExpress

Had my first ever full-blown panic/anxiety attack in the Walmart parking lot in Manhattan today! A cop drove by with his lights & siren going and I realized I had backed up about 6 inches without my seatbelt on. Honestly thought I was going to jail and/or have a heart attack. Freaked out SO bad! Had to sit there for about 20 minutes before I could calm down enough to drive away. I am NOT cut out for the life of crime! Everyone please keep me in your thoughts and prayers tomorrow as I go meet with all the lawyers and probably pass out from fright, throw up, cry like a baby or wet myself. Or most likely all of the above. Although I have been assured I will probably just get a small fine, probably some community service. But you just always worry what if! Damn the media and their sensationalism!
