Had my first sit down dinner at the table of my new pad. It was wonderful to eat like a real human after 2 years of living with roommates and studio apartments. I finally have a place to call home. Living like that was what it took to be able to save enough money to even be here. Dining room is great and my kitchen is huge with an island. Though its too hot to cook, Ill be spending my evenings preparing yummy salads and fruit concoctions. Thank you to my friends who did understand all the sacrifices Ive had to make to pursue my dream working in my new chosen profession. You know Im a bit spoiled and how hard this has been. This IS the Ritz or it will be when I am done decorating. With your support, I am beginning to see the fruits of my tenacity and determination. Career is just starting to roll. Well have a big lasagna soon as it cools down. Fall...haha...itll be worth the wait.
