Had my first therapy today! My therapist said he knows he can help with the range of motion, and can also help to make it stronger;) he said when dealing with nerve problems its like dealing with a bad mother in law ha!! Been there done that, wonder if that means i will have to divorce my foot hahaha im hoping strengthening it will help the nerve!! He was also thinking going to my rheumatologist is a very good idea! Good thing i have an appointment coming up;) maybe some new meds and therapy will get me back to new!!!
