Had only 30 mins to train good thing was I had pre exhausted last night at work by doing 10 sets of 10 reps close grip pull ups and 5 sets of 10 reps wide chin ups. So today being short of time I had to superset all my exercises with minimal rest breaks ended up doing 6 exercises and finished with a high number of sets. You dont need to spend forever in the gym every night especially if you are short of time. Just some into it and kill it. @black_prince_2 walked in and I was dripping.
