Had our 34th Anniversary Dinner on Saturday night on the 67th Floor of the Willis (Sears) Tower at The Metropolitan Club of Chicago. I had Pepper Crusted Ahi Tuna for my entree; Cheryl had Cracked Pepper Beef Tenderloin. She had Lobster Mac and Cheese as her appetizer and I had a 360 Salad (Spring Mix with toasted pecans, cranberries, Feta cheese and vinaigrette). Dessert was Peach Mango Ginger Crumble, and I had Turtle Lava Cake with Toasted Pecans and Caramel Sauce. Throw in some after dinner cappuccino and a fantastic view of the greatest city in the world..and Needless to say, it was DA BOMB!!
