Had quite a tip home from church tonight. It only took us about 2 and a half hours. We tried several different routes. Had to turn around several times, and got stuck twice. the first time was a bit humorous. We got stopped on a hill behind a car. When we tried to get going we were stuck so, being that we had no men other than my dad in the car ( mom) Charletta Thompson, Sarah Beth Thompson, Rachel Thompson and Anna and I jumped out and pushed. We must have been quite a sight. We all had on our slickest shoes, and flowing skirts. After we got the van going we had to run up the hill behind the van. We all got a good laugh out of that. the second time was much like the other. But a bit more adventurous. Never thought we could push the vans back end side ways, away from the guard rail, and a Prius parked in the middle of the road. So Thankful God got us home safe, and Dad was driving.
