Had some chopped fun tonight. Had my ingredients all set when it came on and started preparing my dinner trying to plate before the show was over. Tonight I have for you a cream cheese, chive and bacon stuffed chicken, flavored with celery leaf and oregano first sautéed in cream, butter and Chardonnay wine till firm finished off in the (Nu Wave) oven. While that finished cooking I added chicken stock, balsamic reduction and white asparagus to what was left in the fry pan and reduced. Finished the chicken in the sauce and placed over rice. Had a good German flavor to it but I would have been chopped… took me 33 min.
