Had some fun (really didnt have any fun whatsoever) doing some GVT training for the legs today hitting 10 sets of deadlifts, building up from 120kg to 160kg after some goodole foam rolling to loosen up the hamstrings from last nights PT class! Deadlifts are great compound exercise for building strength and muscle in the legs, shoulders, abdominal and lower back (deeper muscle tissue) so make sure to incorporate them into your workout, especially leg day, as a foundation lift! NJPT
