Had the most DELISH salad bar tonight for dinner. We used last nights cornmeal battered chicken and cut that into strips. Everyone got the chicken and the salad and then they could choose from the following options: hard-boiled eggs, almonds, dehydrated cranberries, raisins, cucumbers, cheese, tomatoes, chia seeds and sunflower seeds. Because they all made their own salads they were so excited to gobble it down....and it was SO good!
