Had the most amusing stressfull productive seven days. I learnt valuable lessons for a litigater. No need to keep a poker face. Smile at your opponent . Its more intimidating. He wonders what you know. Treat witnesses with respect. The more obnoxious a witness gets. The more polite you must be. Dont work harder than your opponent... work smarter. Ask for help dont have an ego oh.... and if someone badmouths you to your face, take a deep breath, count slowly to ten... Then tear his goddamn headoff..
