Had the occasion to eat at the diner hooked onto Irvings Circle K truck stop in Houlton Maine. I 95 exit 302. Plenty parking with nice employees throughout the truck stop and diner. I had supper last night and felt it was good enough to grab breakfast this morning. Although supper was good, it didnt hold a candle to breakfast. I had an omelet named after the region. It had bacon, ham, sausage, onions, peppers, potatoes and cheddar cheese inside and was covered with the absolute best sausage gravy Ive ever tasted. It came with toast and one of the offerings was homemade bread. One of the best breakfasts Ive ever had.
