Had to let our beloved Angel go to heaven this morning... Took her to the vet yesterday and she was full of cancer. It has been 60 days since her surgery and at the time, the vet had concentrated on that area (front chest) with 6 x-rays. She has just not been herself since then so I took her in...the vet took her back to draw some blood. They could not get any blood...the vet thought her stomach felt rigid so she did an ultrasound...good thing too because her spleen was so enlarged the vet thought it may rupture at any time....the vet held out no hope at all and she would have told us if there had been some hope because she has been with our dogs forever....she is in heaven now and we are missing her so much....we held her to the end and I know she felt our love...Our life will go on but a little piece of our hearts go with each of our animals we have had to say goodbye to...thanks for your thoughts and prayers :)

I am SO disappointed in this country. This is no longer America.
