Had to ring the Working Tax Credits helpline as I had a question about our renewal form, on hold for 19 mins, took 3 mins to ask the question, get an answer and sort out our claim renewal. All I can now hear is the really cheesy music from being on hold, wonderful!!! Time to stop complaining :) I am grateful for the gift of hearing which allows these illusions to happen. I am grateful for the efficiency of the very nice man who took my call. I am grateful for hubby having a job and I am grateful for working tax credit which tops his wages up a little so we can have the luxury of a telephone line and internet service :)
