Had to run into the Pasadena REI tonight for a last-minute item for tomorrows AC100 - the guy there not only took me directly to the insulated hand-held bottles, but he knew exactly what race I must be needing them for - thank you REI! Good luck to all AC100 runners tomorrow! Excited to crew and pace for Michael Chamoun. Michael just got back from a 300-mile traverse across Iceland in the freezing wind and rain, so you know, tomorrow should be quite a treat. So excited to see you all out there! This race means so much to many people. Ive heard it described as a gem in the community; it certainly is that. Good luck and run hard. Do not give up :)
