Had to share this! Last night I was working on ebay, listing and stuff....when God whispers to me that there is water in the basement???? I shrug it off, thinking its probably raining outside or the wind, as I keep hearing a noise. Then its just like I get up and walk over to the basement door and start going down the stairs, and what should I hear on the way-WATER spraying!!!! A pipe had BURST (again) and it had to have JUST burst as I was on my way down the steps. Just in time, I yelled for MiKel and he came running and shut off the main water. At first I worried it was the water heater and all I could think of was I just dont have money for this on top of everything else. Once MiKel got all the water swept down the drain and a closer inspection of the burst pipe, it was just a small pipe that feeds the tankless hot water heater. Looks like the guy who installed this used the OLD PVC pipes that were there as the pipes are yeellowed with age. Meanwhile no water today as no one is open to fix it. Hoping we can somehow figure a way to have water and can just shut off the pipes to the heater. I gave it to God!
