Had two individuals that cut power to our apartment complex. Then proceeded to try and break into peoples cars. I went outside to take a smoke and the night manager of the property asked if Id seen anything. This prompted me to go do some looking of my own. Met my neighbors who almost had their car broken into gave me a direction they fled. The Search yielded nothing. Police took a report and said theyve been looking for these guys for weeks. The subject of a neighborhood watch got brought up with the manager who said some tenants are all for it and others are completely freaked out by it. He then explained that our crime rates are relatively low in this complex..... I dont believe him for some reason, not the fist time Ive seen suspicious activity in my unit.
