Had walked up to the New Giants @O st market then walked Downtown to Staples. Wow, Wow, Wow what a CHANGE that is coming to DC!!! I AM Excited & thrilled about the NEW Face of DC! While it displaces many of the long term residents, and makes it hard for those who dont make much money, IT is a Ever-present Necessity in order to generate the kind of revenue that the City needs to Upkeep & keep up this Countrys National Capitol! DC was suffocating under the Strangle hold of Congress which nets out Its Budget, outside of Tax Revenue! And Frankly, so was the Metro The Hi-rise Condos, the Row House Conversion Condos, they just had to Happen! And while I LOVE & miss the Green grass & the Quiet feel of the Suburban Virginia, I was really getting used to the sheer Convenience of the City! But NOW I AM so LOVING just what is happening with the Up-swell within the box area of Downtown Constitution Avenue to Florida/u St corridor & the New Jersey Ave to 14th St Corridor! I AM so praying that the Unit which I believe God has RESERVED for me in one of the Hi-Rises in this Corridor, will open up SOON, like ASAP!! And when it does, I will be a few blocks from the year Old Safeway @ Mass, a few blocks from one of the 4 Walmarts @ H St and a few blocks from the new Giants @ O St!! Pubs, Coffee Houses & Cafes are popping up all over the place! I may have to have a Hi-rise place here in the City & a home in Virginia!! Hey Hey, IT could HAPPEN!! And IT will Happen if God so chooses to Bless me!! My Bible says Write the Vision & make It Plain/Clear! SO, IT is Written, very Clearly & Vividly therefore I AM anxiously awaiting, moving forward as if IT is SO, Putting FAITH into ACTION, making my way PROSPEROUS by completing this OnE DELAYED Proposal, meeting with these to Other 2 POTENTIAL Clients for Proposals then I Eye-Spyed a few Other Businesses, Id like to begin talks with so I CAN have GOOD SUCCESS!!! Just Tickled, just Thrilled!!!
