Hadnt planned on going here tonight, but when Rachel speaks.... 1. The dispatcher, Beth Mandl, never relayed to the police that it was possibly a young boy playing with a fake gun. We knew that part. It appears though that Miz Mandl had been fired from her previous dispatchers job at CWRU and was also arrested for bringing a gun into a bar. When she applied to CPD, she lied on her application that shed ever been arrested. One helluva HR Department... >:O 2. Frank Garmback, the killers partner, beat a resident and placed her in a chokehold....after she initially called police to have them tow a car that was blocking her driveway. Cleveland just cut her a check for $100,000! (y) If memory serves me, when there was a 62-car police car chase a few years ago, at speeds in excess of 100mph, when the unarmed suspects were finally caught, I believe it was Garmback who climbed onto the hood of their car and emptied his gun into these suspects. Other officers just shot untold numbers of bullets into their car while standing on the ground...but not Garmback ~ oh no...he had to make sure they were completely dead. >:O 3. Timothy Loehmann who you already know was dismissed/resigned from Independence Police Dept as being unfit to serve was snapped up by CPD...and once again, their crackerjack HR Department didnt see any need to check his personnel records. >:O 4. Tamir Rice was doing what 12-year olds do...being a kid with a fake gun. When these two MUHFUHS rolled up on him, he was shot within 2 seconds. Just two ~ boom! His older sister, also at the park, ran towards her brother...and was immediately tackled, taken down and handcuffed. While they were so busy neutralizing her...Tamir lay there....dying. :( 5. The Cleveland Police Department has a problem; investigated by the Feds twice before and now we wait for Eric Holders findings this third time. There has got to be a thorough housecleaning, a shake-up from top to bottom and heads need to roll.
