Haduu qof Soomali ah oo ka yimid dibada oo heeysto jinsiyad shisheeye qof ku dilo Somalia oo la qabto oo lagu xukumo mawt xaqq ma u leeyahay in uu dalka oo jinsiyada siisay in ee ka saacidaan in laga badalo xukunka lagu xukumay? A Somali diaspora who has citizenship from a Western country comes to Somalia and commits act of murder. He/she gets caught and is convicted to death after a strong case has been presented. Does that person have the right to ask the country of which they hold citizenship to assist them to overturn the decision of the Somali court?
