Hafa Adai Kids! The Fokai Familia and the Grasshopper Lounge have been nurturing and cultivating and great programme called the A-skate Foundation for the past four years, here in Cork. We have been holding our skate clinics with the autism community in various outdoor parks and have rented indoor venues in Cork city to host our skate clinics with the kids and families. We are now proud to announce that the Grasshopper Lounge has Corks indoor Autisim Friendly Sensory Skatepark . Local skate boarders along with you , friends and family have helped make this dream into a reality . Thank you all for the time and effort, early morning phone calls, late night carpentry and endless nagging from me!! Special thanks to Crys Worley for sharing your vision with us here in Ireland.
