Hagupit/Ruby update by the Western Pacific Weather issued this morning, Thu, 04 Dec 2014. While theres still disagreement where the typhoon is headed to & where it will make landfall, most of the forecasts see it crossing over Eastern Visayas while only a few (the JTWC of the US Navy, mainly) foresee a recurve. Need to rush & get tarps, trash bags & tie wires to keep things dry at home.
