Hah, get a load of this. Probably some of the most ridiculous, mixed-up nonsense I’ve encountered lately. Statism is an “either/or” situation, not a matter of degree. A more proper “political dichotomy” or spectrum would be Anarchy on one end, and complete totalitarianism on the other. Regarding “degree,” once you have set up a state, you have jumped over the digital divide into statism, “government,” some group violently controlling everyone else, etc. A so called limited government is still a state, still a group pretending they have the right to rule everyone else (slavery). The chart in response to the original chart doesn’t make any sense either. How does it have a republic, a state, government, on one end, then it goes to anarchy (which it equates to democracy o.O), which is no government, then back to fascism? What? a republic (a state) is the first step on the road to fascism. it’s a state! can’t have "fascism" without a state. d’oh! - #redbloodblackflag
