Hair question: My hair is being bleached platinum at the moment.. Toner doesnt work on my hair. My hair refuses to get lighter than platinum. In fact, the yellow tones re-appear in my hair after 2 weeks from being bleached. I use Shimming Lights shampoo and conditioner. It doesnt do anything but turn my roots white. I am trying to get the REST of my hair white before the 18th. I really dont care how damaged my hair gets, I shave the shit off anyways~ I NEED HELP. Dx
