Haircare for the kinky gals... Well this is my haircare regimen: Co-wash (conditioner only). I co wash every 2 months or as needed. deep condition after co wash. Sit with plastic cap (me...Walmart plastic bag lol). If I dont deep condition after a co wash I saturate my hair in coconut oil, black Castro oil, Rapunzel oil (which has about 5 natural oils) use carrot oil hair lotion and twist my hair in about 10 two strand twist. put a plastic cap on and wear a hat all day. Rinse it out the next day or that night then style. I wear Havana twist for a month or two. And repeat the cycle. Clip ends as needed. Noooooo heat. ( I admit I got my hair straighten 2 weekends ago)
