Half Guard Sweeps (Youre on bottom.) If you have more space because your opponent is sitting up: You trap opponents R leg Get underhook with your L arm and shuck them up to your head Scoot your butt way out and get way underneath them Reach your R arm under their crotch and under their L ankle Grab the ankle and gather it up with their bent R leg Switch to holding the leg and ankle with your L hand Reach your R hand up to the side of their butt and grab pants (Possibly fake R first then) Roll left If they post on both hands you can force them over by keeping on pushing and switching which foot hooks their leg so you can pull their leg out from under them with your left leg hook. If you have less space because your opponent is smashing you down: You trap opponents R leg They have their forearm under your head You grab their sleeve with your L hand and tuck your elbow as tight under their chin as possible so you dont get armbarred Grab their knee with your R hand and push it straight Put your R foot over their L leg to trap their ankle Put your L leg out to push and roll
