Half of the property now has electric restored. We received an update from Castle Point s AEP representative and unfortunately due to downed power lines, poles and several hot spots crews are unable to work in several areas until tree limbs are removed. Those without power are looking at Thursday, worse case scenario. Management will continue to work with our representative to expedite this as much as possible for our residents but please remember we cannot make AEPs agenda. Residents can help by continuing to call AEP...our representative informed us that this does in fact help bump us to higher priority due to call volume. Thank you!
