Half the world has figured out that ISIS (ISIL) was created and funded by the US and Israel, to allow them to accomplish several things (in the name of fighting terrorism). Whether or not you know that, and whether ISIS is the enemy of North America or its creation, its worth paying attention to the threats that are being waved at us - ie They can take down the US electrical grid! is the new scare. As if the US couldnt stop terrorists from getting at it!! No one has ever got near Area 51 or any other top secret military installation. The grid can be protected like anything else. What this likely means is that the rulers are planning to do it - take down the grid - and blame it on ISIS - and everyone will be expected to say I KNEW it! I KNEW ISIS was going to do that! We were warned! And then the govt will be allowed to bring out their military all over the country to protect citizens from ISIS. Voila! Instant military police state. In the dark.
