Half way through UNISON Roadshow events in the West Command area. Stories of Police staff being exploited by carrying out all manner of any other duties to fill the void of 1200+ redundant posts, directly receiving hurtful and off the cuffs comments from senior Police officers regarding their jobs and under constant pressure / stress to maintain a level of performance. Unfortunately accounts like this are replicated across the country. Police reform is directly affecting the second class citizen within the so called "Police family" - that is Police staff. We will be taking members concerns to the employer next week when we formally meet. #joinUNISON
