Halla AbdelRahman I do agree with Harvard Law School (HLS) Professor Noah Feldman that President Obama seems to be misinterpreting the correct U.S. federal law regarding the provision of aid to Egypt. However, I can cite many, many additional examples of how President Obombadrone seems to arbitrarily misinterpret federal laws. Yet, human history shows that most "leaders" will do whatever it takes to grasp and then hold onto power - and by any means necessary.
