Halloween is fast approaching. People will be hiding behind masks, acting as demons. A fun time for all. But heres a thought. How many of us wear a mask everyday? How many feel they have to put on their brave face to hide their own demons? I feel this is a flaw in our modern day society. People dont talk about their troubles in order to save others from feeling uncomfortable. Well I say, bring on the discomfort!! If it helps one person get through their day isnt a little discomfort worth it? Weve all heard the phrase a problem shared is a problem halved & yet people are not sharing as they dont want to burden others. We need to get the message firmly across to all..... It is not a burden!!! We are here for each other!!! We will listen!!! What I ask of you today my friends is to spread this news. Let someone know. I am there for you. I will listen. Dont be afraid. Talk to me. These simple phrases could be the trigger to turn someones life around. Enjoy your Sunday my friends.
