Hanai-A-Student - On September 1, we will be launching our Hanai-A-Student program with a Chili & Rice luncheon for those who are interested in the hanai of a student. It is a tremendous blessing to both the students who are away from their families and to those who sign up to hanai (adopt) them for the school year. It simply means you invite them for an occasional meal, family activity, etc. and, if you choose, perhaps let them do their laundry at your home once in a while. They will love you for it! If you have any questions, please call or text Nichole at 562-822-9857. There is a sign up sheet at the table . Please sign up if you are interested so we will know how much food to prepare.
