Hand cranking an inline 4 engine... is there a right or wrong way to do this? its a CBR600 92, Spark plugs out, neutral as sprocket doesnt move, got the RHS cap off to get a ratchet on the crank, as i stand side on with front to my left, tail to my right & crank clockwise i can hear smooth gears moving, everything moved easy enough. if i switch the ratchet it still turns but with no gears... 3 months ago i put a spoon of oil down each plug ole.. there is engine oil still in the bike.. be it 2yrs old... and this is a "loose lump" semi bolted in the frame...
