Hands up all the perfectionists out there? All the ladies and gentlemen who are incredibly hard on themselves? Those worrying, am I doing things the right way? When will I feel like I am living in true success? When will I have the vitality I need to be all that I am? A mother, a father, a sister, a brother, an employee, a boss, a friend... Hands up, who of you, often find yourselves depleted of vital life force energy, because you fail to put your health and wellbeing at the top of your priority list? Both my hands were shooting straight to the sky like swords before I started writing todays post, and I recognise that many of you, carry this same source of anxiety with you everyday. So there are a couple of topics that spirit has been guiding me to open up for exploration and discussion with you, beautiful Crystal Souls, since we stepped into this magical new year! I believe that we are always, always being lovingly guided to walk our path of healing. All we need to do is take the time to go within and be open to receiving this Divine guidance.
