How dare I suggest the that the Communist Island of Cuba, which is still under the control of that arch-terrorist, Fidel Castro, is far, far better at looking after its population than America. Let us not forget that Fidel Castro was awarded the United Nations Award for best hurricane preparedness when Hurricane Ivan hit Cuba just one year before Katrina hit New Orleans. Ivan was the same strength as Katrina and nobody died.Why? Because Castro had moved everyone out of its path into specially built Hurricane Shelters. The similarities are extraordinary. The same number of people as those of New Orleans were threatened in Cuba by Ivan. Nearly 3,000 souls died in America as a result of Katrina.
