Handsome Oscar is a young stunner at 1 year 6 months of age—barely out of the puppy stage. Oscar is listed as a stray, but this male pit bull mix has some wonderful surrender notes from his intake. From reading them, who wouldn’t want this tan colored love bug? Oscar likes cats and is playful with them! He is friendly with strangers and children! He knows the command “sit!” Sounds like a great beginning for a beautiful relationship with Oscar. Oscar has a svelte physique at 59 pounds and made sure he ate all his food up during the assessment portion of the intake. The assessor noted that Oscar is easy to handle and his toys and rawhide can be taken from him no problem. Oscar must be wondering what in the world he is doing in a cramped kennel at the ACC. Unfortunately Oscar has been placed on the ACC’s kill list for tomorrow. This wonderful dog does not deserve to die and has so many years left to be a faithful companion and friend. Please work to save Oscar tonight. We can’t wait until tomorrow because he will be gone.
