Handsome serial killer who plead guilty to killing thirty-nine women, claims he had anger issues. While thirty-nine victims does not make him the worst on record, it is still a higher than average number of victims. Currently, the record holder as worst by number of victims, is Luis La Bestia [The Beast] Garavito in Colombia in the 1990s who was convicted for killing 138 children, mostly street kids, and suspected in over 400 child murders total. Worst in the United States, is Gary Green River Killer Ridgway with a conviction for 49 victims (suspected in 90+.) Serial killers convicted for murders in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Brazil, India, China, Afghanistan, Russian and the Ukraine have all substantially exceeded American Gary Ridgways body count. Of course life can be cheaper in Third and Second World inpoverished societies and investigative resources more scarce.
