Hanging on the deck Sunday morning! WOW... Is all I can say about yesterday. Our 1st day with Jackson!!! It sure tested our 27 year marriage. I dont know who was more stressed out Pete or Jackson. Jackson is a handful & today both him & Pete are more relaxed & chilling. Pete had his doubts & I just kept telling him that the poor boy just has to adjust & he will get use to our place. He got to meet Neil Schmitt, Jeremy Hairfield, Nick & Leah. He is such a lover. He does not show any aggression & I know that Casey & him will eventually become great pals. We certainly will not leave the pair alone for awhile. Jackson does not jump nor does he bark... Hes very sweet & now just goes with the flow. He greets everyone with a lick & a tail wag. Pete has even let go of the leash & he walks along & stays beside him. Of course we will not trust him enough yet to let him outside on his own. This will take a lot of patience & a huge amount of time in training but it will be worth all of this energy. Welcome to your forever home Jackson
