Hanging tucked inverted rows Over hand grip with hat vs. underhand grip with no hat. lol Ive been doing these for two years now, and its been one of my fave exercises for super strengthening that posterior chain. Regular inverted rows are great for anyone to incorporate into any training program. Strengthening your upper body and core close to pull ups. If youre maxed out on pull ups, finishing your reps with these pull ups will continue working similar muscles without having to kip or use a resistance band... Just dont lose your shoe.
