Hans Youngmann These pictures are of a German Warwick & Framus bass exactly like one I own. The body is oiled Bubinga hardwood. Due to my spinal arthritis it needs to loose a few pounds. If you are willing I would like to send you the body only and have you evaluate the possibility of relief carving the bass with any design you envision. I understand this could while very unlikely irreparably damage the instrument and that it would take many months or a few years for you to even be ready to take this on. Please consider this and let me know if the idea interests you. Even if you say no I consider it to be a privilege to be able to ask this of an artist capable of the amazing work that you do. Even if carving is not your thing I would still be happy to let you have a go of it. just let me know man. I know you have a lot on your plate but I thought id ask anyhow just in case it would be something good for you as well. And if its not your cup of tea I dig it man.
