Ogden, 70, of 4853 Jester Hill Road, Bainbridge, case dismissed without prejudice because victim did not appear. Theft, receiving stolen property — Robert L. Dearth, 22, of 2585 Liberty Hill Road, case dismissed with prejudice, defendant ordered to pay restitution and court costs.
