Happening now: The 3-day Provincial Museum Conception Training-Workshop II (Nov. 11-13, 2014) starts with the formulation of the vision-mission statement of the provincial museum. Renowned Anthropologist Dr. Antonio Julian R. Montalvan II, resource person and speaker divided the participants (“Friends of the Museum”) into small groups for sharing, discussion and reporting. Hon. Vice Governor Greg “Dodong “ Ipong also came over and delighted everyone with his inspirational message saying that he and Gov. Emmylou “Lala” J.
