Happening tomorrow in San Bernardino! The Justice for Immigrants Coalition of Southern California (JFIC) will be holding a rally/press conference to denounce the recent renewal of the controversial 287-G program and the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s recent opposition to the Trust Act (AB4). Community Leaders throughout the county are disappointed at the Sheriff for not allowing the community to give its input and for his lacking leadership to stand up to the Federal Government. Programs like 287-G are ineffective, but this also highlights why legislation like the #TrustAct is needed.
