Happiest and most harmonious of new year wishes to you dear friends. Heres a little of my first day of 15.. Arose at the serene and auspicious hour of 4:45am, got ready and set off to Turimetta beach with my lovely and beautiful kindred spirit housemate Skye (Steph), we arrived early in the magical pre-dawn light, setup and welcomed Sol with jubilant acclamation, incense and the harmonics of a Tibetan singing bowl (which blended with the waves and created an amazing rhythmic effect). Steph then braved the waves for the first surf of the year as I watched and set my positive intentions and affirmations for the year ahead. After a little nap in the warmth and comfort of the Sun we had a delicious cafe brekky, then set off for the Bahaii Temple. There we meditated in the glow of the beautiful peaceful and loving atmosphere and reflected on the balance and symmetry of the architecture and gardens. Homeward bound, then music practice / gardening / chores etc. til a bit later where I spent the afternoon decorating the front of my diary and writing the first entry while listening to inspirational soundtrack music. Thus its been a wonderful start to the year from here! May 2015 be a year of ever anew Joy, fathomless Peace and gentle, patient and kind Wisdom flying in harmonic tandem with courageous and compassionate Love. With Mettā,
