Happiness is -lying in bed with my husband last night, our 2 yr. old baby sandwiched between us, and reaching over our baby, and interlacing fingers with my husband, holding his hand, feeling his beautiful soul. feeling immense gratitude for the life we have together. -my daughter singing let it go at the top of her lungs walking down the sidewalk holding her new puppy, feeling free as a bird, total bliss, didnt care who was watching. -Having a moment of clarity on my yoga mat. Feeling unbelievably inspired to do more good in the world and love those around me, strangers or not, more. Little acts of kindness. Feeling this made me very happy, inspired, and grateful for LIFE!
