Happy 2015! Its time to feel better and its so simple to do so. It would be my honor to help you develop your own home yoga practice. Coming to yoga classes regularly makes a difference. And if you have a lot of tension/aches/pains, do all this PLUS treat yourself to a series of yoga therapy sessions to speed up the changes. One therapy session gives the benefits of 7 1/2 hours of yoga practice and I do all the work.
