Happy 2015 from the three Es here in freezing cold and yet bright and sunny Vancouver. We had a fabulous start to the New Year with a cycle ride around Stanley Park before joining the 4,000 odd other people for the annual New Year Vancouver Polar Bear Swim on English Bay Beach where the sea was a refreshing 6 degrees Celsius, so that we went in twice, I jest not, the air temperature was 2 degrees Celsius so warmer in than out! It didnt even seem to matter wearing our dressing gowns and Canada hats to and from the apartment with our Apartment friends! I warmed up with a hot yoga class and Ewan and Elijah with a walk in the city. Finally enjoying a lovely glass of New Year bubbles after the jet lag got the better of us yesterday!!! xxx
