Happy 4th The rain doesn’t stop out here in Penfield. I go t the affidavits of service from the process server and they have bee sent to the County Clerk to e filed. They have 20 days to answerer the questions in the complaint. I expect most will be I can’t remember or I had no knowledge, but I have included several exhibits. One is a copy of the resolution appointing Whitbeck as county attorney. Another other is a copy of the letter Shaw sent, on the firm’s stationary, giving permission to destroy evidence about 25 days latter and 10 days after the indictments were dropped. Whitbeck knew back in December we were going to sue the County and still took the job of defending the County in January. Destroying evidence is a felon. The County’s insurance carrier was CAN of Chicago, one of the biggest insurance Co. in the country. After my fire losses I found I was not able to purchase insurance; I think the county was told the cost would be high because of Frank’s arrest. I also believe Proper was told the County couldn’t be insured if he ran for Sheriff again and that is why he retired. I have asked the judge to place sanctions against the lawyers that did the cover-up for obstruction of justice. Affidavits were presented in Federal Court that claimed Frank’s arrest was proper when the lawyer knew the affidavits were not true. When I was in Ohio a lawyer told here client the only way she could get custody of her children was if she said her husband beat her. He was arrested, but when the judge found out the affidavits were a lie the lawyer got disbarred and put in jail for a year. Czajka knew a person was seen running from the fire and took part in the cover-up. He didn’t do anything to arrest the person that was setting the fires when he could have. I hope he is disbarred and sent to jail too. The lawyers did more damage than the arsonist to me and the community. There were 20 fires from when Frank was arrested and the theater burned. The fires went on after that.
