Happy 73nd Birthday to BOB GAUDIO of The Four Seasons and The Royal Teens. He was born on November 17, 1941 in the Bronx, but was raised in Bergenfield, NJ. In 58, GAUDIO co-wrote The Royal Teens #3 hit Short Shorts (ABC-Paramount). The tune was originally issued in 57 on Power Records, by the way. In 1960, he joined up with Frankie Valli, Tommy DeVito and Nick Massi and formed The Four Seasons (before this they were known as the Four Lovers) and the rest is history. In the Four Season, GAUDIO played keys and sang harmony. In 62, GAUDIOs Sherry (Vee-Jay) put the Four Seasons on the map, hitting #1 for 5 weeks - Matt The Cat
