Happy 8th of December! Try these fab protein balls for a pre workout snack!!! Blitz 25g of flaked almonds with 25g of desiccated coconut, roughly chop 12 dates and add and blitz again! Now add a teaspoon of coconut oil (we love @lucybeecoconut), a table spoon of almond butter (or peanut if you prefer) and a teaspoon of cacau powder (or regular coco powder does the trick)...blitz and then roll into balls! Roll into some extra coconut and then pop in the fridge!!!! Perfect energy boosting treat for 100cals which will fend off those sugar cravings!!! #protein #snack #diet #fitness #skinnyjeansschool #advent #christmas
